We are having an increasing number of pre-booked jobs being resubmitted leading to customers being collected later than their pre-booked times. If you have a pre-booked job, please consider the time the passenger requested the pickup time. It is extremely important we ensure these customers are collected on time. Last month over 170 jobs that were pre-booked were attended more than 10 minutes after the booking time.
